Virgin America was a force to be reckoned with. They brought a passion for the experience of flying back to the airline industry. It was fun and luxurious. It's what we imagined it would have evolved into with customer service top of mind. Our task was to create content that illuminated the experience of flying with Virgin. Here are somethings I came up with.
